Start a Security Patrol Tour
You can now start a new patrol with a single button press. Carrying out a patrol tour is now easier than ever with your smartphone.
Just take your place, launch the QR-Patrol mobile app and start a patrol tour. Simultaneously, an alarm event is sent to the QR-Patrol web application via a cloud server, indicating that a new patrol has been started.
Add multimedia files
Not only can you post events, but you can also communicate with the management team via multimedia interaction:

- Voice messages
All messages include signature verification to request due process and eliminate uncertainty regarding conservation activities.
Security Guard Incident Reports
When a guard encounters an emergency, he can instantly send an SOS alert to the monitoring center by pressing the red SOS button. In addition, you can choose from a list of predefined events to send, for example:

User Management
The QR-Patrol web application provides full control over the levels of different security logins: administrators, administrators, security companies, security guards and customers. QR-Patrol web application allows you to add and edit all relevant information regarding various user roles and allows completely remote management of any event, officer, procedure, client related to the security guard company or organization.
Advanced Reporting
There are four basic reporting options that allow export to PDF or Excel format for further processing:
- Finished Planned Route Report providing information on all patrols completed or missed within a specified time period.
- Customer Events Report containing all events for a specific customer in full detail.
- The Events Report includes all events filtered by customers' sites or gatekeepers.
- The Guard Daily Tour Duration Report provides information on the exact time and duration of completed guard tours.
Manage and assign checkpoints
Using QR-Patrol, the security account administrator can easily assign control points (QR codes, NFC tags, Beacons) via QR-Patrol's web interface. Each checkpoint is assigned to a specific customer site and location, so predefined tours can be planned for each security guard. Checkpoint assignment is the core of QR-Patrol guard tour tracking software as it connects the mobile and web application through checkpoint scanning performed by guards.
