communication infrastructures under a single umbrella, was developed to ensure full coordination in potential emergency situations.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Uninterrupted Infrastructure:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The system prevents data loss by using fiber optic networks, satellite internet, and microwave radio links in a redundant manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Wide Coverage Area:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> An integrated communication network has been established across T\u00fcrkiye, encompassing 81 provincial directorates, 20 unit directorates, and 27 logistics centers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Field-Proven Success:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The ROIP system proved its worth by enabling data transfer within 2 seconds during the 2020 Samos earthquake and by maintaining uninterrupted communication with 11 provincial directorates during the February 6th earthquakes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Quick Setup and Integration:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Novatel teams completed this massive installation, which spanned all of T\u00fcrkiye, in just three weeks and handed the system over to AFAD (Disaster and Emergency
