Information Text Regarding Bill Payments<\/h1>\n

This information text is used by Novatel Communication Solutions Inc. (\u201cNovatel\u201d). payment.novatel.com.tr<\/a> It has been prepared to inform you about the purposes and manner in which the personal data of people who make invoice payments through the address are processed.<\/p>\n

1. Data Controller<\/strong><\/p>\n

Novatel Haberle\u015fme \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri A.\u015e. processes your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (\u201cLPPD\u201d).<\/p>\n

2. What Data Do We Process?<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the payment process, some data collected directly from you is processed:<\/p>\n

Invoice number and payment amount<\/p>\n

Processing time and technical information (IP address, browser type, etc.)<\/p>\n

The card information and sensitive financial data you enter during your payment transaction are not seen or stored by Novatel in any way. This information is directed directly to the Virtual POS system and the transaction is completed there.<\/p>\n

3. For what purposes and legal basis do we process data?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

KVKK art. 5\/2-c: Directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Receiving and recording invoice payments<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Safe processing of payment transactions<\/p>\n

Fulfillment of financial and legal obligations arising from relevant legislation<\/p>\n

KVKK art. 5\/2-\u00e7: Fulfillment of legal obligation:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Responding to information and documents requested by authorized public institutions (e.g. Finance, courts, enforcement offices)<\/p>\n

KVKK article 5\/2-e: Establishment, use or protection of a right:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Protection of interests in resolving legal disputes that may arise in the future.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Objection, refund, evidence submission and claim proof processes that may arise regarding payment transactions.<\/p>\n

KVKK art. 5\/2-f: Necessary within the scope of Novatel's legitimate interests:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Being able to contact you when necessary<\/p>\n

System security and prevention of abuse<\/p>\n

4. With Whom and For What Purposes Do We Share Your Personal Data?<\/strong><\/p>\n

In order for your payment to be completed properly:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Your card information and sensitive data processed during the payment step are processed and stored directly through the Virtual POS infrastructure. Novatel does not access or record such data.<\/p>\n

In addition, in case of legal obligation, information may be shared with the tax office, audit authorities or other public institutions.<\/p>\n

Your personal data is collected electronically through the information you enter directly on the payment screen.<\/p>\n
